Being the yoga lovers that we are, we are thrilled to introduce to Ma Cherie an amazing brand, that has been loved by the global wellness community: the Liforme mats!

It all started when James, the British yogi behind the brand, after experiencing lots of different teachers giving lots of different alignment cues when teaching asana, asked himself: “why doesn’t someone put some markers to help me position myself evenly, or help my teacher see where I’m at”?

After 5 years of research and traveling to countries in the East, he created the innovative Liforme mat, that became revolutionary for the whole yoga community.

On every Liforme mat, there are pre-designed lines that allow the yogi to place his/her body correctly during the exercises. The alignment guideline works for every body type and physique (regardless of height and weight)
